  • Return phone calls ASAP and to be available to meet with real estate professionals or homebuyers at their convenience.
  • Educate our clients how a home can be an investment rather than just another monthly payment!
  • Not only provide accurate rate and closing-cost quotes, but detail all possible options in a transaction.
  • Provide frequent loan updates via email to all parties involved in a transaction. 
  • I will personally follow each loan file from application to funding.
  • My staff is excited to help people with the purchase of their home.  We work as a team to make the transaction as smooth as possible and to explain all details and required documentation.
